PRIVACY
Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains what information this website (commissiontechnology.com) collects and how we use it. We keep it deliberately simple: this is an informational site with a contact form. We do not use analytics, tracking cookies, or advertising.
Information we collect
We only collect the information you voluntarily send us through the contact form:
- Name
- Email address
- Company (optional)
- Phone (optional)
- The message you write
How we use your information
We use the form data solely to respond to your message and follow up on your request. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA)
The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to tell people apart from bots and prevent spam. To do this, Google may collect information about your device and browsing, subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms. reCAPTCHA only loads on the contact page.
How submissions are processed
When you submit the form, your message is processed through a cloud service (AWS) and delivered to us by email so we can reply. The site is hosted on Netlify, which may log basic technical request data (such as your IP address) for security and to operate the service.
Analytics and cookies
We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics tool, and we do not set tracking or advertising cookies. The only third-party technology that may set a cookie is Google reCAPTCHA, and only on the contact page to prevent abuse.
Data retention
We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to respond and follow up. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting us.
Your rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete the information you have sent us. Just reach out and we'll take care of your request.
Contact us
If you have questions about this policy or your data, email us at kevindelgadopagan@kevindelgadopagan.com.
Changes to this policy
If we change what this site collects or how we use it, we'll update this page and the “Last updated” date shown above.
